Pan Power Engineering has experience constructing single wind turbine installations, solar farms, hydro projects & sustainable housing through to wind farm projects in excess of 100MW.
We have worked in a variety of extreme environments, climates and terrain.
We regularly undertake the roles of Owner’s Engineer, Bank’s Engineer (Lender’s Technical Advisor), Principal Designer and complete project management through all phases.

For each of these roles Pan Power Engineering will provide the relevant combination of services:

Commercial and Contract Support

Manage defence and prosecution claims

Handle contract variations and issue certifications

Administer contracts and perform cost value reconciliations (CVRs)

Conduct quantum merit assessments

Facilitate alternative dispute resolutions

Oversee tender procurement processes
Earthworks, Inspections, and Testing

Analyze materials sourced on and off-site to ensure contract specification compliance

Monitor material placement, compaction, and performance of materials and roads

Conduct or witness performance tests, including plate load and CPT tests

Monitor slope stability and drainage performance
-
Perform structural inspections and design remedial works

Carry out electrical testing, commissioning, and inspections

Inspect wind turbines
Structural Inspections and Remedial Works Design

Inspect, approve, and evaluate geotechnical aspects of anchor formations
-
Witness concrete placement, testing, and curing for anchors; analyze concrete cube results for compliance
-
Approve, witness, and test remedial works as necessary to meet contract requirements
-
Witness access works and conduct test runs
Electrical Testing, Commissioning, and Inspections

Review and approve electrical contractor designs and material suppliers

Attend and witness off-site and on-site testing of key equipment

Conduct final inspections prior to energization

Approve contractor Safe Systems of Work

Assist with Ofgem ROC/FIT registrations

Manage Grid Code compliance processes

Monitor power quality and interface with the grid
